Refund policy
All sales are final and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.
We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect and the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that the product must be unused with the label, and tags attached. Products that have been used will not
be accepted as an exchange. Products that have any kind of stain or mark, body odor, or perfume scent will not be accepted. After thoroughly examining, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product or store credit for future purchases.
Possible exchange is provided within 1 week.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Product exchanges are not possible once your order has been confirmed. In order to get another design or color you will have to place a new order on the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns OR exchange on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded your payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
